摘要： 基于尺寸工程,通过建立尺寸链模型,对匹配问题进行分析,识别出对精度影响最大的组成环,提出优化尺寸链的方法,结合实车方案,解决匹配问题,为解决汽车外观匹配问题提供理论指导。

Abstract: Based on dimensional engineering,by establishing a dimension chain model,the matching problem is analyzed,the component loop that has the greatest impact on precision is identified,and a method for optimizing the dimension chain is proposed. Combined with the actual vehicle scheme,the matching problem is solved,providing theoretical guidance for solving the matching problem of automotive appearance.
