摘要： 科技成果转化绩效大小体现了科技创新活动的价值,科学地选择科技成果转化绩效工具有利于转变政府服务职能和完善科技成果运营体系。基于我国现有的统计基础,遵循数据可得可靠、便于比较的原则,通过梳理国内科技成果转化绩效测度体系,对我国科技成果转化绩效综合评价指标选取提出建议,力图以最少的关键指标达到有效测度的目的。

Abstract: The transformation performance of science and technology achievements reflects the value of scientific and technological innovation activities. Scientific selection and understanding of the performance tools for the transformation of science and technology achievements are conducive to transforming government service functions and improving the operation system of science and technology achievements. Based on the existing statistical basis in China and following the principle of reliable data availability and convenient comparison,this paper sorts out the performance measurement system for the transformation of domestic scientific and technological achievements and puts forward suggestions on the selection of comprehensive evaluation indicators for transformation performance of science and technology achievements in China,in an effort to achieve the purpose of effective measurement with the least number of key indicators.
