摘要： 围绕提升定向钻管道配重层的表面光滑度,开发一系列创新技术,包括浆料喷涂、平整工具改进、气动压板二次平整,以及修正和二次缠膜包覆,有效提升了管道表面的光滑度,减少了施工过程中的摩擦阻力,提高了施工效率和质量,延长了管道的使用寿命。多个实际项目成功应用后,技术有效性和实用性得到了验证。

Abstract: In order to improve the surface smoothness of the weight coating layer of directional drilling pipelines,a series of innovative technologies were developed,including slurry spraying,improvements in leveling tools,pneumatic platen secondary leveling,and a two-step film coating and correction process. These technologies significantly enhance the surface smoothness of the pipelines,reduce frictional resistance during construction,improve construction efficiency and quality,and extend the service life of the pipelines. The effectiveness and practicality of these technologies have been verified through successful applications in multiple projects.
