壮方功劳百部枇甘汤加味联合穴位贴敷治疗支原体肺炎40例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on 40 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia treated by Zhuangfang Gonglao Baibu Pigan Decoction combined with acupoint application

摘要： 将40例支原体肺炎患者随机分为对照组20例和治疗组20例,予口服阿奇霉素颗粒进行两个疗程抗感染治疗的为对照组,在对照组基础上以加用壮方功劳百部枇甘汤加味联合穴位贴敷治疗为治疗组,观察两组的治疗效果。治疗两周后,治疗组的症状恢复时间较对照组缩短、中医证候积分较对照组下降（P<0.05）。治疗结束后,治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为80%（P<0.05）。壮方功劳百部枇甘汤加味联合穴位贴敷治疗支原体肺炎的临床疗效显著,且安全性好,为支原体肺炎患者的诊治提供了新的思路。

Abstract: Forty patients with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into a control group of 20 cases and a treatment group of 20 cases. The control group was given oral azithromycin granules for two courses of anti-infection treatment. On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the treatment group was treated with modified Zhuangfang Gongguo Baibu Pigan Decoction combined with acupoint application. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. After two weeks of treatment,the symptom recovery time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group decreased compared with the control group （P<0.05）. After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%,and that of the control group was 80% （P<0.05）. The clinical efficacy of the modified Zhuangfang Gongli Baibu Piogan Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia is remarkable,with good safety,which provides a new idea the diagnosis and treatment of patients with mycoplasma pneumonia.
