摘要: 随着气候变化的加剧,气象灾害对社会的影响日益显著。基于2024年天津市气象灾害预警信号数据,通过对预警信号频次、时间分布、区域差异及预警与实际灾害匹配度的深入探讨,分析天津市气象灾害预警信号的发布特征和时空分布规律,提出加强预警信息发布时效性、扩大覆盖范围及提升公众响应能力的具体建议。

Abstract: With the intensification of climate change,the impact of meteorological disasters on society has become increasingly significant. Based on the data of meteorological disaster warning signals in Tianjin in 2024,the frequency,temporal distribution,regional differences of warning signals,and the matching degree between warnings and actual disasters are discussed. The release characteristics and spatiotemporal distribution laws of meteorological disaster warning signals in Tianjin are analyzed. Specific suggestions are put forward to strengthen the timeliness of warning information release,expand the coverage area,and enhance the public’s response ability.
