摘要： 通过分析天津大数据领域的企业专利申请态势,基于incoPat数据库专利公开数据,从专利申请数量和质量、技术领域、重要申请主体、重要发明人和运营信息维度进行深入挖掘,揭示当前天津大数据领域企业在专利申请中存在的问题,并从产业、企业、人才、技术4个方面提出针对性建议,旨在助力天津大数据领域企业在知识产权创造、运用、保护和管理等方面实现全面发展。

关键词: 天津, 大数据技术, 专利分析, 发展态势

Abstract: By analyzing the patent application trends of enterprises in Tianjin’s big data field and based on the published patent data from the incoPat database,this paper conducts in-depth exploration from the dimensions of patent application quantity and quality,technical fields,key applicants,key inventors,and operation information. The problems existing in patent applications of enterprises in Tianjin’s big data field are identified,and targeted suggestions from four aspects： industry,enterprises,talents,and technology are put forward to help enterprises in Tianjin’s big data field achieve comprehensive development in the creation,application,protection,and management of intellectual property rights.
