科技期刊编辑能力提升助力期刊建设实例——以《世界针灸杂志》为例

Examples of enhancing editor ability of scientific journals to support journal construction-taking World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion as an example

摘要： 提出了科技期刊编辑承担引领示范作用应着重提升的能力要素,即以“又红又专”为信条、夯实专业功底为根本、不断精进学习为动力、提高策划水平为风帆、真诚沟通作桥梁、推广运营矩阵为助力。以《世界针灸杂志》编辑工作实例说明创办高水平科技期刊的工作要点。

Abstract: This paper puts forward six elements that the editors of sci-tech journals should focus on to enhance their ability to take the leading and demonstration role,namely,taking “both red and professional” as the creed,consolidating the professional foundation as the foundation,constantly improving the learning as the driving force,improving the planning level as the sail,sincere communication as the bridge,and promoting the operation matrix as the help. Taking the editing work of World Journal of Acupuncture-Moxibustion as an example,the key points of establishing a high-level scientific and technological journal are illustrated.
