地震科普教育基地效能评价指标研究及评价体系构建

摘要: 基于层次分析法,构建包含保障、规模、活动、成效4个一级指标和12个二级指标的地震科普教育基地效能评价体系。研究发现,基地的受众人数、活动数量、科普产品在评价体系中所占比重最大,宣传报道、展示手段、经费保障等也占有较高比重。基于研究结果,提出相应工作建议,对于进一步开展地震科普教育基地效能评估、提高其内在质量和服务水平具有一定参考价值。

Abstract: Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),the evaluation system for the effectiveness of earthquake science popularization education base is constructed,which includes four first-class indexes,namely,guarantee,scale,activity and effectiveness,and 12 second-class indexes. Through research,it is found that the number of audiences,activities and science popularization products in the base account for the largest proportion in the evaluation system,and the means of publicity and reporting,display and funding guarantee also account for a higher proportion. Based on the research results,the corresponding work suggestions are put forward,which can provide some reference value for further carrying out the effectiveness evaluation of earthquake science popularization education base and improving its internal quality and service level.
