摘要: 目前,气田站场已建三甘醇脱水装置在运行过程中产生的闪蒸气直接经放空系统排放,存在环境污染、火炬长明灯等问题,无法满足环保等相关要求,影响产能发挥,制约气田的高质量发展。从KIMRAY泵优化、增压回收等工艺优化角度出发,论述闪蒸气治理技术在天然气生产集输系统优化调整中发挥的作用,以利实现闪蒸气的零排放。

Abstract: Currently,the flash gas generated during the operation of existing triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration units in gas field stations is directly discharged through the venting system,which leads to problems such as environmental pollution and the continuous burning of torch pilot lights. This approach fails to meet relevant requirements such as environmental protection standards,affects the full capacity production and restricts the high-quality development of gas fields. This paper discusses the role of flash gas treatment technologies,including optimization of Kimray pumps and pressurization recovery methods,in the optimization and adjustment of natural gas production and gathering systems,so as to facilitate the achievement of zero emission of flash gas.
