摘要: 浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)电力系统的稳定性和可靠性对于海上油田的安全生产至关重要。将台风发电机与强启充电机应用到FPSO上,在台风防御期间可保持监测和为通信系统等供电,使FPSO避台时电力中断时长从原来的60 h缩短至15 min,融合增设强启充电机后,复产时应急发电机启动成功率从70%提升至95%,保障了海上油田的快速重启。

Abstract: The stability and reliability of the power system of a Floating Production,Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit play a crucial role in the safe production of offshore oilfields. By applying typhoon-resistant generators and emergency start-up chargers to the FPSO,during the typhoon evasion period,the FPSO can maintain power supply for monitoring and communication systems,etc. The duration of power outage during typhoon evasion has been reduced from the original 60 hours to 15 minutes. After adding the emergency start-up chargers,the start-up success rate of emergency generators during post-typhoon recovery has increased from 70% to 95%,ensuring the rapid restart of offshore oilfields.
