科技园区韧性的影响因素和评价体系研究

摘要: 当今全球经济环境呈易变性、不确定性、复杂性、模糊性。在此背景下,提升科技园区抵御外部冲击的韧性,保障其高质量发展,已经成为一个重要议题。为此,将韧性理念引入科技园区研究,运用文献计量方法,对相关领域的研究成果进行量化分析与知识挖掘,从中提取影响科技园区韧性的主要因素,用于构建科技园区韧性评价指标体系,并进一步提出熵权-TOPSIS组合评价模型,为天津科技园区韧性的提升与可持续发展提供理论依据与实践指导。

Abstract: In the context of the increasingly VUCA (volatility,uncertainty,complexity and ambiguity) global economic environment,how to enhance the resilience of science and technology parks to withstand external shocks and ensure their high-quality development has become an important issue. In view of this,this paper applies resilience theory to the field of science and technology parks. By employing bibliometric methods,it conducts a quantitative analysis and knowledge mining of research achievements in this field,extracts the main factors influencing the resilience of science and technology parks from these findings,uses them to construct a resilience evaluation index system for science and technology parks and proposes an entropy weight-TOPSIS combined evaluation model. The aim is to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the resilience enhancement and sustainable development of science and technology parks in Tianjin.
