摘要: 随着全球能源转型与绿色建筑需求的提升,光伏建筑一体化作为实现可持续能源利用与建筑结构融合的核心技术,其研究与应用受到广泛关注。梳理技术框架,基于中国专利文摘数据库,对相关专利进行检索,分析该领域专利申请的整体态势,为光伏建筑一体化技术的创新路径选择、专利布局优化及产业化战略制定提供数据支撑与理论参考。

Abstract: With the global energy transformation and the improvement of green building demand,building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) as the core technology to achieve the integration of sustainable energy utilization and building functions,its research and application have received widespread attention. This paper systematically outlines the technological framework of BIPV,conducts a retrieval of relevant patents based on the China Patent Abstract Database,and analyzes the overall trends in patent applications. It provides data support and theoretical reference for the selection of innovation paths,optimization of patent layout,and formulation of industrialization strategies for BIPV technology.
