摘要: 异质结电池是一种高效的硅基太阳能电池。从申请趋势、地域和申请人等方面出发,检索并分析该领域专利的基本情况,通过梳理技术发展脉络,介绍异质结(HJT)太阳能电池在本征钝化层、掺杂非晶硅层、电极层及整体结构优化方面的改进情况,分析该领域存在的问题和未来的研究方向,为相关人员提供参考。

Abstract: HJT(Heterojunction with Intrinsic Thin layer) solar cells are a type of high-efficiency silicon-based solar cell. This paper retrieves and analyzes the basic landscape of patents in this field from the aspects of application trends,geography,and applicants. By reviewing the technological evolution,the improvements of HJT solar cells in intrinsic passivation layer,doped amorphous silicon layer,electrode layer,and overall structural optimization are introduced,and the existing problems and future research directions are analyzed,providing a reference for relevant researchers.
