存储式井下可视化配套工具的研制与室内测试

摘要: 海上油田修井年工作量持续上升,但因井下情况不明,常导致方案针对性不强,“跑空钻”情况时有发生。针对管柱腐蚀、结垢、套管变形、筛管破损出砂等造成的井下复杂问题,在现有井下可视工具的基础上,研制存储式井下可视化设备配套工具,设计一套存储式井下可视系统,以实现可视工具能够随管柱入井,在井下循环洗井液,清晰记录井下状况,辅助完成对井况的分析判断,从而提高修井方案的成功率及作业效率。

Abstract: Annual workover workload in offshore oil fields continues to increase. There are complex problems underground,such as string corrosion,scaling,casing deformation,and screen breakage. With the underground situation remaining unknown,it often leads to weak program,and “empty drilling” often occurs. On the basis of the existing downhole visual tools,the development of supporting tools for storage downhole visual equipment is carried out,and a set of storage downhole visual system is designed,so that the visual tools can be inserted into the well with the pipe string,and the washing fluid can be circulated underground,so as to achieve a clear record of downhole conditions and assist the analysis and judgment of well conditions,so as to improve the success rate of the workover plan and the operation efficiency.
