海上平台空压机低温启动故障分析及排气风道优化改造

摘要: 为解决海洋石油平台空压机在极寒天气启动时出现的高温报警故障,现场对空压机的运行数据及报警参数进行分析,发现故障原因主要为润滑油温度过低、流动性差,致使喷油量减少,最终导致螺杆机头高温。为了对空压机橇进行优化改造,通过对比3种可行方案,结合海上平台现场的空间布局,确认风冷式空压机加装百叶窗风阀是最可靠且操作性最佳的改造方案,为渤海油田在役空压机同类问题的解决提供了经验。

Abstract: In order to address the high temperature fault of the air compressor on the offshore oil platform during start-up in extremely cold weather,the operating data and alarm parameters of the air compressor were analyzed on site,and it was found that the main cause of the fault was the high temperature of the screw head caused by low oil temperature and poor fluidity. Based on this conclusion,innovative modifications were made to the air compressor sled. Through analysis and comparison of three modification schemes,combined with the actual spatial layout of offshore platforms,it is confirmed that the installation of louver air valves in air-cooled air compressors is the most reliable and operable modification scheme. This modification provides experience for solving similar problems of in-service air compressors in Bohai Oilfield.
