摘要: 《核动力工程》编辑部以实现军工科研院所科技期刊数字化出版体系应用实践为目标,基于精益化、PDCA(计划、执行、检查、处理)管理方法,以标准化、流程化、智能化为依托,分别对期刊投稿、审稿、编辑、校对、出版等流程进行梳理和优化。通过压茬式组织变革,构建了具有军工科研院所特色的科技期刊全生命周期“1+1+N”数字化出版体系,促进了军工科研院所科技期刊数字化出版体系的应用升级和效果提升。

Abstract: The editorial department of Nuclear Power Engineering aims to realize the application practice of the digital publishing system for science and technology journals in military scientific research institutes. Based on lean and PDCA (plan,do,check and act)management methods,relying on standardization,process and intelligence,the process of manuscript submission,review,editing,proofreading and publishing in the whole life cycle of journals is sorted out and optimized. Based on the network information platform,a multi-dimensional communication system has been established. Through the continuous organizational reform,the “1+1+N” digital publishing system of the full life cycle of science and technology journals with the characteristics of military scientific research institutes has been constructed,the application upgrade and effect improvement of the digital publishing system of scientific journals in military scientific research institutes has been promoted.
